During my time at L'Oréal, I held the responsibility of designing and building newsletters that were dedicated to showcasing the products of various prestigious brands, such as Kiehl's, Lancôme and Yves Saint Laurent. My dual role encompassed not only the creative design aspect but also the technical implementation, involving the development and deployment of these newsletters from the ground up.

Design of digital assets and visual identities for PokerStars, BetStars, and PokerStars Casino. Digital assets creation to support product launches, promotions and visual identities for multiple territories, in line with each brand's unique look and feel.

I played a part in supporting various marketing initiatives, such as product launches and promotions, by designing digital assets like banners and website elements.

Working closely with stakeholders, I collaborated to understand their business needs and preferences, allowing me to incorporate their feedback into the design process. My commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering user-friendly designs played a role in supporting the marketing efforts of The Stars Group.

I was responsible for redesigning newsletters as part of the broader rebranding initiative for the England Rugby Union. My task was to modernize and bring up to date the existing newsletter designs to align them with the new brand identity.

I focused on creating visually appealing templates that would effectively convey the Union's messages to its audience. This involved careful consideration of layout, typography, and imagery to ensure a cohesive and engaging look.

Throughout the project, I maintained open communication with both the Matta Agency and England Rugby Union teams to understand their vision and goals. My role was primarily centered on supporting their objectives and contributing to the successful implementation of the redesigned newsletters as part of the larger rebranding effort.

One of the projects I found particularly engaging during my time at McArthurGlen involved leading the implementation of Salesforce and Content Builder. Salesforce, as an innovative online tool, produced significant improvements in the way work was managed within our department.

With the adoption of Salesforce, I collaborated with the CRM team to facilitate their involvement in newsletter design using templates that incorporated various modules. My contribution included creating numerous modules based on a responsive 9 x 9 grid, followed by thorough testing using Litmus, and finally integrating them into Salesforce via Content Builder.

Throughout the project, I maintained close communication with the CRM team to ensure a smooth and coherent customer journey between CRM and Paid Media. This encompassed various aspects, from campaign management to opt-in and opt-out processes, segmentation, and retargeting efforts. My role primarily focused on supporting the team's objectives and ensuring the successful integration of Salesforce and Content Builder into our workflow.
